A mold inspection is a fairly straightforward procedure, but it’s important that you know what to expect. Mold inspectors will start by asking questions about the history of your home and whether or not you have any health issues. After this, they’ll get on their hands and knees to inspect the crawl space for any indications of water damage. If there are no signs of water damage near the foundation, then they’ll head upstairs to do a visual inspection. This includes checking behind outlets or sinks in case there is hidden mold growth inside these locations. Some of the most common problems that bring people to us on a regular basis include musty odors and strange smells, respiratory issues, and concern over indoor air quality. There are also those who want to avoid taking over someone else’s mold problem by getting their home or business professionally inspected as soon as possible.
Nothing is more aggravating than having your house full of stale mustiness and mildew, especially if you’re planning to turn it into your ideal home one day! Give us a call right now for a free quote so that mold or asbestos don’t endanger your family. CALL TODAY

Manhattan Beach
Another county in California with an interesting history is Manhattan Beach. This place boasted its sprawling beach and main tourist attractions worthy of visiting. Let us know how this beautiful place came to be called Manhattan Beach.
HISTORY
Manhattan Beach was owned by two influential people. George Peck owned the north part of Manhattan Beach calling it the hore Acres”. On the south side of the beach, John Merill owned it. One time, Merill and Peck were arguing on what they should name the place to be. All of this argument and dispute were settled through a toss coin. Merill named the place Manhattan Beach as his tribute to his old home back in New York City.
In 1901, Manhattan Beach came to be of existence. It is at this time of the year that Peck and Merill started to erect offices, buildings, and piers in Manhattan Beach. When World War II ended, many displaced people and soldiers have found their way in Manhattan Beach. Later on, they decided to stay and make Manhattan Beach their home.
BRUCE BEACH HISTORY
Manhattan Beach has its own share of history in racism and injustice. This history goes back to the time when Willa and Charles Bruce purchased a piece of land in Manhattan Beach. Both of this husband and wife bought their own piece of land shortly after Peck and Merill took hold of the power in Manhattan Beach.
Willa and Charles Bruce are living their American dream; more so their Californian dream. They owned property in Manhattan Beach but they were harassed by the Whites. At that time, most of the population is White. But, the hostility of the Whites did not scare the Bruce family. They continue to work and improve their land property.
Later on, the city officials bought most of the lands in Manhattan Beach including that of Bruce’s family. The family was forced to leave their property leaving it vacant and empty. The history of Bruce Beach shows how racism and hostility against people of color have been built in the American system.
